Is Fare'Clic only for psychologists?
No. It's for mental health and wellness practitioners: psychologists, sophrologists, hypnotherapists, naturopaths, child practitioners, yoga teachers…
How much is it?
One price per plan, in euros in France and Pacific francs in French Polynesia, with no commission on your sessions. Founding members get a rate guaranteed while their subscription stays active.
I have an idea, a need, a difficulty: will someone reply?
Yes, always. Every message is read and gets a personal reply, even when it's "not just yet": we then tell you why. From the pilot, the software's "Your requests" space lets you write them and follow the reply. No anonymous ticket.
Do patients need an account?
No. Name, email and phone are enough. Those who wish can create a space.
What do reminders show?
Your name, the date and the time. No reason, no specialty, no health words.
Where is data hosted?
Planned in the European Union, in Paris. And we keep as little as possible: no health data, and a patient's practical message is deleted 30 days after the appointment.
Does it work on a slow connection or on an outer island?
Patients book on their side even when you're offline; you check your calendar when connected. The pilot will test comfort on slow connections.
Video sessions?
Yes, if you offer them: your usual link (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Jitsi or Whereby) goes out in the appointment emails. Coming soon: a different Google Meet link for each appointment, if you connect your Google account.
Workshops?
Yes, from May 2027.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes: contacts, appointments and receipts as a spreadsheet, at any time.
I practise in France. Is Fare'Clic for me?
Yes, first and foremost: Paris time, euros, mainland public holidays and invoices (fee notes). Calliopé uses it first from January 2027, and the first founding members follow. It was born in Tahiti: that's where its name and its Polynesian touch come from.
Are the tiare flower and the stars compulsory?
No. They're on by default, everywhere; one switch removes them from your page and your screens.
I already use another software. Do I have to re-type everything?
No. At opening, migration is free: import page, step-by-step guide and 30 minutes by video. Only contacts and appointments come over; never reasons or notes.
Is there an Android or iPhone app?
Fare'Clic opens in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install (discreet mode lets you add the space to the phone's home screen).
Can I offer gift vouchers?
Yes, with the Complet plan, before opening: "Give a gift voucher" on your page if you switch it on, one to ten sessions, valid for a year. Without online payment, you get the request and collect payment yourself. Fare'Clic never handles the money.
I can't find my practitioner.
Fare'Clic is not a directory. Ask your practitioner for their link.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. From the pilot, "My family" lets you book for your children, and allow the other parent, a grandparent or a trusted adult to do so too.
