For your patients
- Your own booking page: your initials, and soon your photo; introduction, sessions, length, prices (euros or Pacific francs), address, a short link to share.
- Booking without an account: no one is left at the door. An optional patient space for those who want one.
- Moving or cancelling on their own, with the link in their email, within your deadline.
- Add to calendar and directions to your practice.
- In French or English, as the patient chooses: page, emails and receipts.
- The right time: your time zone is always named (Paris, Tahiti, Marquesas, Gambier); someone elsewhere can also show Tahiti or Paris time. In France, daylight saving time is handled automatically.
The patient space
Two benefits from the January 2027 pilot, the others before opening.
Optional; booking without an account stays possible.
- My appointments and receipts, in one place.
- "Let me know if a spot opens up" (from the pilot, if you switch it on): a box to tick when booking, with or without a space. When a spot frees up, everyone who asked gets an email in your name, with no health words; the first to confirm takes it.
- My family (from the pilot): a parent books for their children from the same space, and can allow the other parent, a grandparent or a trusted adult to do so too.
- My practitioners: book again in one tap with a practitioner they have already seen.
- Invite my practitioner: a patient can suggest Fare'Clic to another practitioner they see.
Discreet mode
From the January 2027 pilot.
Some people can't let anyone see that they're seeing a practitioner: someone close checks their phone, sometimes because they're living with violence. Often they are women. Fare'Clic wants no one left at the door: that's digital inclusion too.
- An ordinary name and icon: the space installs on the phone under a name like "Calendar" or "Recipes", without the Fare'Clic name or your profession.
- No notifications, and messages only through the channel the person has chosen.
- A quick exit to an ordinary page in one tap, and simple help to clear their browser history.
- For you, a plain marker on the appointment: "Careful contact: don't call, don't leave a message", with no reason written.
Discreet mode makes the space more discreet; it cannot guarantee that no one will ever find out.
For you
For you
- Your usual week in a few clicks, then changed weeks, time off, and mainland French or Polynesian public holidays.
- A clear calendar: day, week, month; one colour per session type; in person or video at a glance.
- Your rules: minimum notice, number of new patients, approval of first requests, late cancellation.
- Your contacts and their appointment history. Contacts brought over from your previous software: Terapiz for the pilot, done with you; others at opening.
- In France, invoices in euros (fee notes) with your SIRET number; in French Polynesia, numbered receipts in Pacific francs. Spreadsheet export for your accounts.
- Video, if you offer it: your usual link (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Jitsi or Whereby) goes out in the appointment emails. Coming soon: a different Google Meet link for each appointment, if you connect your Google account.
Discreet messages
Discreet messages
- Confirmation, reminder, change and cancellation emails; optional text reminders (160 characters max, never split).
- The sender is you: your first and last name. No profession, no health words.
- Every message has been checked as it appears on a locked screen.
Your page, your way
Your page, your way
- A Polynesian signature: tiare flower and stars around your name, and a night sky on your patients' screens. It's on by default, in France and in French Polynesia.
- Prefer something plainer? One switch removes it, and brings it back whenever you like.
- Same colours, same fonts, same name for everyone.
A wellbeing space
A wellbeing space
Fare'Clic keeps a place to breathe. Nothing is recorded.
- For you (Complet plan, from the pilot): the breathing break, one, three or five minutes at the pace of cardiac coherence (5 s in, 5 s out, or gentler: 4 s · 6 s, 4 s · 7 s), with a point of light that follows your breath; guided text meditations, short sentences that appear one by one, no voice.
- For your patients (before opening): Breathe, a short guided breathing moment; the "I'm on my way" corner, with the door, code, parking or video link, then one minute to breathe, so they find the door without calling you; for children, in "My family", the hand game (one light per sense) and "My sky of stars". Nothing is typed or kept, no score.
Simple breathing and attention exercises: they don't replace any care.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers
Complet plan, before opening.
"Give a gift voucher" on your page if you switch it on: one to ten sessions, valid for a year. Without online payment, you get the request and collect payment yourself. Fare'Clic never handles the money.
Workshops
Workshops
From May 2027.
Limited spots, weekly or monthly series, minimum sign-ups, attendance sheet. Waiting list: when a spot frees up, the next person is told.
Online payment, if you want it
Online payment, if you want it
From May 2027.
Full payment or deposit when booking, or a payment link afterwards. Money goes straight to your own account: in France, the provider will be announced before opening; in French Polynesia, through your own PayZen or Systempay contract. Fare'Clic never handles the money and takes no commission.
Your data: as little as possible
Your data: as little as possible
With today's cyberattacks, Calliopé made a simple choice: collect as little data as possible. Fare'Clic keeps what your appointments need (names, contact details, dates, receipts), nothing more. What we don't keep, nobody can steal. No health data: no reason for the visit, no diagnosis, no session notes. A patient's short practical message is deleted 30 days after the appointment. Patients can book without an account. No audience tracking in the software. Planned to be hosted in the European Union, in Paris. Each practitioner only sees their own data. Export at any time.
Coming from another software? Free migration
Coming from another software? Free migration
At the September 2027 opening.
Three levels of help for practitioners who join at opening:
- A self-service import page, at opening. Your file is sorted in your own browser: Fare'Clic never receives the raw file.
- A guide for your previous software: where to click to export, a ready-made request letter, a message to tell your patients.
- Thirty minutes by video with us. You share your screen; we take the step together.
What the migration does not do: it brings over your contacts and appointments only, never reasons, notes or free text; ready-made templates for a few common tools, others on request via a spreadsheet; for psychologists and health professionals, the offer will be confirmed before opening; one video session per practitioner.
On your phone
On your phone
Fare'Clic opens in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install (discreet mode lets you add the space to the phone's home screen).
Who is it for?
Who is it for?
Wellness and workshops
No more spreadsheets and sign-ups by Messenger: sessions and workshops in one calendar.
Psychologists
Your title, how you work, your hours. Nothing more: no patient reviews, no rankings.
Child and family
Parents book on Wednesdays or in the evening. Those who ticked “Let me know if a spot opens up” get an email as soon as a spot frees up.
Islands and English-speaking visitors
A page in French and English for visitors, to share with guesthouses and tourists; your own texts in English if you add them.
In France
Paris time, mainland public holidays, invoices in euros. And a Polynesian touch, from where it was born, which you can switch off.
